Based on the "speech bubble" effect for the Kunena default_ex template, this version has been revised for K 1.5.9.
1. Unzip the archive and upload the contents to ../components/com_kunena/template
2. Go to Kunena control panel and change Kunena Configuration » Frontend » Template = bubbleBlue_159
3. Go to Kunena control panel and change Kunena Configuration » Frontend » Image Sets = bubbleBlue_159
Alternatively, if you are already using the default_ex template, you only need to extract the two files message.php and kunena.forum.css and replace those files in your default_ex folder.
